Chuck Forrestal

Chuck Forrestal is a man defined by his commitment to service, to his country, his industry, and his faith. A veteran of the United States Air Force who served during Desert Storm, Chuck now applies his leadership as President of NFI Molding, overseeing operations at Metro Plastics in Noblesville, Indiana, and Moldtech Rubber in Buffalo, New York. Despite the demands of the manufacturing world, Chuck’s primary focus remains on his family; he has been happily married for 24 years and is a proud father of three and grandfather of four, cherishing every moment spent building memories with those he loves.

At the heart of Chuck’s journey is his 22-year involvement with CBMC Indiana. Guided by his favorite scripture, Psalm 46:10, “Be still and know that I’m God,” Chuck views CBMC as more than just a networking group. To him, it functions as a “combat support hospital”, a vital space where believers can find healing, re-energize their spirits, and get equipped to re-enter the world. Through this fellowship, Chuck is dedicated to the mission of building “Kingdom men” who lead with integrity to bless their families, their workplaces, and their communities.

Dalton Rogers

A Cincinnati native who has called Indianapolis home for nearly seven years, Dalton Rogers first arrived in the Circle City to attend Butler University. After launching his career in public accounting, he transitioned into a business development role where he now focuses on helping organizations bridge critical gaps in talent, process, and technology. Dalton’s professional background combines a sharp eye for detail with a passion for strategic problem-solving and growth.

Beyond his professional life, Dalton’s journey is deeply rooted in his faith. Since being baptized on April 30, 2023, he has embraced a path that he describes as both fruitful and challenging—an experience he wouldn’t trade for anything. A vital part of this spiritual growth has been his connection to CMBC, which played an incredible role in shaping the person he is today.
